Boyang Yu
This sculptural installation questions humanity's role within nature and explores daily connections with one’s surroundings, from natural elements to artificial objects. Fusions and rearrangements of various things the artist sourced from the city with varying storylines while flirting with the idea of human engineering of nature. The sculptural installation exposes the tenderness between nature-made and human-made, preservation and conservation, fact and fiction. Thus, envisioning a future that is understood, related, and concerned to get a clearer vision of our environment.
